It is autumn and fair season has begun. The three fairs described below are being organized to help international students, workers, and accompanying spouses/family members find information they seek, activities to join in on, and jobs in engineering. If you have attended any of these in the past and have comments about them, please write about your experience below!
If you’re interested in joining a sports club or getting more involved in cultural activities n Denmark, then the Sports and Culture Fair at Nordkraft on the 30th September, 18:00 – 20:00 is the place to be. The Sports and Culture fair is aimed at internationals and Danes alike in Aalborg and is an opportunity to meet sports and social clubs in the local area. Over 25 sports clubs will be represented – from swimming to handball to vollyeball to climbing…basically something for everyone! You will have the opportunity to chat with the current members and ask them all the questions you want; for example, how to become a member, training times and locations, facilities, and so on. Cultural societies and institutions will also be represented. You can even try some of the activities yourself in the Multisalen hall in Nordkraft! The event is completely free, but registration is required. Everyone who registers and attends the event will have a chance to win an iPad. Read more and register here.
